absolutely horrible I was expecting to have my mattress delivered three weeks ago and still there has been a single update it can t be any worse than this worst service worst delivery at its lowest standard it still asks to go even further down Hopefully I would like to get my mattress delivered this year It should have 0 star rating because one rating even seems too generous

Delivery was dropped and damaged my washer and dryer After a month of going back and forth with the place of purchase we finally made scheduled a date and time for Fragilepak to pick up the damaged goods I was given a time window of 10 30AM - 2 30 PM with an alert text 30 mins prior to arrival They never came This is beyond frustrating I wouldn t be in this mess if Fragilepak didn t damage my order in the first place Horrible company Update my ticket was escalated and all they said was that they d reach out and stopped communication with me The link they gave me to reschedule led to nowhere Again HORRIBLE SERVICE AT EVERY LEVEL

Horrible service I tried to work with them for over a month to get a table delivered I just kept getting we ll check on that I would never recommend anyone use their services

Didn t show up and can t return for 18 days

Nothing arrived Scheduled a delivery and no one showed up Not even a phone call Paid laborers to bring up stairs and the trucking company didn t show up or call Cost my 300 for laborers to stand aroundAbsolutely disgraceful and now you are too busy until the 17th November How about you service the customers you screwed over before you deliver to someone else Pathetic

12 18 23 update - I still did not receive my Tempur pedic base today after choosing another delivery time and day what is going on here I don t understand why it isn t being delivered Extremely upsetting 12 17 23 reply to fragilepakNo I have not received this order I just got a message to choose another delivery day which I chose Monday 12 18 time was between 9am-1 30pm I definitely wouldn t be reaching out if I had received the bed base Can you please figure this out I m extremely worried I m really worried I won t receive my order after reading all of these reviews no one showed up to deliver my tempur pedic base 12 8 23 between 3 30p-7 30pm missed part of work to make sure I was home to receive and sign for my order I have never heard of this company and the reviews are definitely appalling I sent an email to fragilepak and they gave me a ticket number Now what to do I have never had this happen to me Delivery was always there the day they stated Order number is 735U1723417

If I could leave one star I would This is absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my 50 years of dealing with companies I was lied to on several occasions on my delivery I am now at a point where I will be contacting my bank to report as fraud for the delivery that I never received

This has to be one of the worst shipping companies out there it s taking 1 month for a delivery from SC to chicago I called and the lady didn t know anything just kept saying sorry that s when it s expected to arrive couldn t say why it s taking so long Avoid them if you can

If I could give them ZERO stars I would They have canceled my shipment 3 times and have lied as to the reason attempting to blame the store when they actually have my furniture I would NEVER use them if I were a business They do not communicate they lie they will only deliver if you put pressure on them to deliver and threaten them I placed my order first week of October 3 canceled delivery dates and they still have not delivered They need to close their business
