They produce really good products and although they tend to be on the pricey side the time that their plugins and templates save me provides real value After-sales support and tech support are outstanding They have been patient with my dumb questions and willing to assist me with details both large and small Marcel in particular put in extra time and effort to come up with a creative solution to a specialized task I wanted to complete in mO2 My task originated in a competitor s product and he gave me a solution that was unorthodox yet effective and efficient Five very large stars for MVFX

It is great to have a good product plug in app but waht is more important is having responsive customer support that helps you to use what you have bought That is where I really have to commend MotionFX because I had a problem that couldn t be fixed and kept me from installing the FX I bought They had a number of people respond and came up with a timely solution that worked great So that kind of support is REALLY appreciated

Incredible products and service at Motion VFX Had some trouble with missing fonts and within a few minutes we were able to solve the issue with the amazing help team Its truly incredible that on a basic M1 MacBook Air using FCPX editing complex timelines 10 bit 4k footage and throwing all these incredible plugins that it still works so smoothly I do use proxy files to get the speed working seamlessly but still- its game changing to work so quickly with these plugins A big fan of mDocumentary and mDiary plugins as you can add just a touch of a flare lens blur and beautiful titles to add an enormous amount of value to your footage I will say however that FCPX with my setup is indeed faster than Davinci resolve as I tried both and opted for FCPX Motion VFX ROCKS
