Ticket unrefunded since lockdown till present
I had bad experience from this agency From lockeddown till now they didnt refund my ticket or rebook I sent emails nobody replies Please answer my emails You said last year ypu will book me but you didnt I didnt went home because of that If you didnt promise i should have book it myself earlier I keep sending email again last month but no reply till now Please refund my money Its small but its my hard earned money

A good business should be reliable and trustworthy that s what I thought of the Prados business owners when they offered bonds way back in 2018 with maturity in May 2019 hence I invested and bought a bond from MPQ worth AED 30 000 with my hard earned money as an OFW It was an investment hoping that I would gain more and would have a small capital to start my own business upon going back home in the Philippines However until now MPQ did not pay me back the bond even after communicating with them endlessly It is now year 2024 more than 5 years I should have been paid back 18 months after buying the bond in 2018 I also bought a bond considering the integrity of Francis Errol Medina as financial advisor by then I m only sharing this dismal experience so that others will not be victimized as well

This travel agency is a complete scam They take your money and offer nothing but poor unprofessional service Their staff is clueless and they know exactly how to take advantage of customers Once you demand a refund they completely ignore you and will do anything to avoid taking responsibility Do not trust them they are nothing but frauds Avoid at all costs
