First You CANNOT get money back when you return the product if you buy as a Business customer just because of delivery convenient which didn t state on their website when you buy Second you have to pay the delivery fee to their door of return Third this company defines the way to USE their product customer couldn t complain the quality of their product Fourth customer should pay the delivery again when they decided the returned new product Fixed because they send the product back because they say the business customer cannot get money back

The only reason that I bought a digital piano in music2you dk is because it appeared to be in stock and with a delivery date of 5-7 working days I have a screenshots as proof for this It has been more than 14 working days and I still don t know when if I receive the digital piano Plus the price in music2you is way more expensive than in digital piano dk there is a loose-loose situation for the customers
