Very professional an timely on payments

I would recommend American Financial Solutions if you are in the need for such a company There were quite a few issues along the way The majority of the staff is very friendly when you have to call I had quite a few accounts that still harassed me during my time with AFS but it ultimately helped me get my accounts paid off quicker than I would have otherwise

The experience was great The staff was always very helpful knowledgeable and friendly when I asked questions They went beyond to make sure that all the paperwork was done correctly and contacted the collection company to get paperwork fixed Any time they had questions are saw something off they called me to figure it out They do not negotiate with collection agencies to lower debt or anything like that My only real complaint is that they charge 25 per month to collect the money and pay it out to each debt which seems high

Overall a great experience

The enrollment process was very easy and the representative explained our debt management plan in a way we could understand with no confusion The payments processed seamlessly and on time every month My only complaint was the site login failed to work after a few years on the program I had to do all my correspondence via phone or email I am not sure why my username and password failed Any questions I had in the process were answered promptly and professionally

This company is awesome They are available to you for any questions Or concerns you have during the process of paying off your debts I worked with a counselor named Jackie and she was amazing If I left her a message she would always call back before the end of business that day The payback was effortless I was able to pay my program off about 1 yr early and I m waiting to see how much my credit score goes up That will be the true testament
