I ordered 45 Andrex toilet rolls to be sent to my family on 3rd Sept No toilet rolls arrived On 6th Sept 29 was then taken from my Credit Card with the name of the recipient and my email The company are trying to say I signed up for a fortnightly subscription but I have a copy of my order They are refunding 29 but have kept 9 95 as membership It s all a scam stay clear

This site is a professional scam

Total of 59 99 Euros charged for ZERO service That is 43 Euros for obtaining the prestigious membership with this site selling ---- Another 9 99 for knowing them as a seller and eventually a 6 95 for taking action of begging to unsubscribe I was finally promised refund of only 43 euros but no confirmation yet I have asked for a complete refund Why would a site not return your money if they are selling good things and can back it up with service and customer care BEWARE
