Won a prize in their Druids Glen competition last year for a four ball and nights stay never received any vouchers for either place Impossible to make contact been ringing their phone number last number of days and trying to email them in regards to booking since last year Wouldn t recommend as customer service has been a disgrace and as a result have not got to use my prize

While we had a fantastic weekend with 2 rounds of good golf the booking process wasn t simple We had a lot of email exchanges to confirm numbers when it came to payment the numbers weren t correct We needed a lot of emails to sort that out Before the trip I needed to ring the golf course to check everything again the lines were booked wrong Again on the day the lines were still not booked so I needed to sort that out with the golf course I m not sure why this was the case it felt like our booking was getting confused with another at some stages Perhaps the system in which is used to make the booking could be better The point is we had a lot of organising to do ourselves and checking which in my mind defeats the purpose We will think twice when booking our golf and trip next year as in all honesty it would of been easier to organise everything directly with the hotel and golf club

Average experience app did not work and other than Niall very little assistance from others

Playing Tralee golf course and two beautiful day sadly we lost first day but we have no control over weather really enjoyed we ll organised we ll done

A very enjoyable golf outing well organised would definitely go again
