Excellent service I m not that technical but the service was easy to use The appointment was on time and she diagnosed the problem quickly It was easy to pay for the medication which should arrive in the post tomorrow Overall this was so much easier than trying to get a doctors appointment and I will definitely be using this service again Would highly recommend

Really great service I booked an appointment in the middle of the night last night for a 9 30am appointment today and my antibiotics will be delivered by noon tomorrow - in the interim I ve been advised to take paracetamol and ibuprofen to try to get come relief from the pain of a really bad sore throat and ear infection that I started to come with last Wednesday The pharmacist I dealt with was really lovely and professional I don t get sick that often fortunately but it was great on this occasion that I didn t have to battle and wait to get a GP appointment I would definitely recommend this service to anyone

Appointment availability was fabulous fast efficient service pharmacist kind patient helpful and polite Booked a video appointment the same day you have to follow a link to call in they don t call you important to note that Medication delivered to my door next morning via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked postage that I didn t have to pay for Excellent service highly recommended Beats sweating it out for a two week wait to see my GP that s for sure Only covers certain conditions but for us ladies that know how a UTI makes you feel to be able to obtain medicine in 24 hours is an answer to prayer

After developing symptoms overnight I was able to immediately book an appointment at a suitable time I was quickly assessed and prescribed medication needed Consultation was less than 5 minutes Really great and avoided a long wait through 111 or trying to see my GP Thank you

I can t believe how convenient straight forward and easy this was I don t mind disclosing that I requested an appointment for a UTI I had initially gone onto Google to look for my nearest pharmacy that does the Pharmacy First service - expecting to travel there to talk to someone in person But following the links it explained that I could do the consultation online At 10 09am I was able to book a slot for 10 40am that same day The consultation was over the phone by a pharmacist precisely at my allotted time so no waiting around Very quick straight forward consultation Had a prescription prescribed on the spot Paid the delivery fee and she was able to release the prescription to be made up It s 10 54am now on the same day as my appointment that took place only minutes ago and I have already received my Royal Mail tracking number for my despatched prescription Thank you very much Would highly recommend this service even for technology-phobics Very simple to use
