Best in the business

Been with LP a good few years Moved home and found the supplier there did not hold the same attentive qualities So now back with LP and I m so glad Staff are so helpful and always go above and beyond to help Alicia was very helpful and supportive in making my switch over a smooth and easy

Been with LondonPower for over 3 years simply put they are the best energy supplier we have ever had Easy to use website no issues with the smart meter and excellent customer service Can see why their Octopus s customer service is rated so highly

I called to query the increase to my monthly payments which they had recommended Richard D answered my query fully and explained clearly the reasoning behind it He gave me alternative options to consider and discussed these with me I ve been with London Power for some time and generally found them helpful and responsive
