Stay well away from this sham company

After a long wait my two reusable pods turned up and I was looking forward to coffee without the wasteful capsules Unfortunately the pods from Myreusable are no better than scrap metal Initially the machine would not read the bar code on the pod and after several attempts it produced a very light brown water I have messaged the company twice but no response I then phoned them but only got a mail box to leave a message Please stay away from this company I am certain this is a scam

Genuinely such an appalling experience The product makes awful coffee and I ve been trying to return my item since January I ve sent 5 emails attempting to chase up a response and only received one response apologising about their lack of communication and asked about my machine rather than addressing my request for a return This company definitely just makes the process to return an item so exhausting that you eventually just have to give up

Absolutely appalling delivery times

Absolutely appalling delivery times I placed my order SIXTEEN DAYS AGO and have still received absolutely nothing not even an answer to my query two full weeks after I placed and paid for my order This company is supposedly based in Bristol just a couple of hours up the motorway and yet it s taken over 2 weeks for them to deliver absolutely NOTHING No delivery no communication and no respect I am out of pocket by 63 and absolutely disgusted with the conduct of this company

Don t buy it

Took well over a month to arrive when it did the packaging was cheap no instructions and the coffee pod produced watery coffee that was in drinkable Really disappointed have emailed the company but am expecting no reply as Iv now seen reviews from others here Iv left a review on their site but am expecting it not to show up now Iv seen what s written here

Terrible product

Terrible product doesn t work took over 4 weeks to be delivered Seemingly no customer service after sending two emails that have been ignoredUpdate the reply says that I ve had an email back unless emails have changed in the last 24hrs or you got my email wrong I haven t received a response and I ve just sent you another email

NO REFUND and pods do not work

Tried on nespresso vertuo pop Watery coffee totally useless Help address replied a couple of times then when asked for refund it all went silent CHECK their refund policy it states THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE EMAILED THEM AND REQUESTED A REFUND and that they have AGREED to it you cannot get a refund Funny how they do not reply when you ask for a refund No telephone number Found a cheaper alternative for 1 5 of the price that actually works

Avoid - awful customer service and faulty products

Purchased two pods in November however they did not work I have contacted the company multiple times to get the issue resolved and have been fobbed off with their chat bots and getting emails saying they will revert back to me once they have completed their investigation what s to investigate their product doesn t work and they are ignoring me Pathetic customer service avoid avoid avoid

Do not buy these useless pods

Same as many results here Reusable Tassimo pods seem like a good environmental idea and I thought I d give them a go however they pop open when in use and spray hot water and coffee grounds out I tried several different amounts and coffees and with the same effect I contacted them several times with no reply passed onto PayPal and they refunded me the cost Do not buy these
