I had a very good experience with this company they even rang me to confirm what I wanted and didn t want for my partner s b-day present They did ring me in her birthday but it arrived the next day at no extra cost As for the box I d like tape that s like Amazon paper based so easy to recycle But other than that no complaints The contents was so much far more than I expected The contents was all quality stuff and so much They say twice the value but after a quick bit of research it was way more for 30 my partner got well over 100 worth of stuff and all things she likes even some quality nail products so she could pamper herself Plus so much more Face masks nail products from nails polishes files a electric buffer also make-up brush cleaner something she d been thinking about getting I can honestly say it was well worth it and if your box was like my partner s you won t be disappointed If you re struggling at Christmas Get a box split it all up and you ll be able to gift to so many family and friends

I Can not fault this company at all I was very apprehensive about ordering a mystery box and checked out many options and read many reviews and I decided to go with MysteryBoxShop and I m so glad I did The boxes are definitely great value for money and they arrived in great condition and in good time Initially there was a slight delay due to an huge increase in orders following a live stream However I made contact and was updated immediately and within a couple of days my boxes arrived I then made another order which hit a technical problem so I made contact again and I was actually telephoned by the lovely Shamus who personally put my boxes on the pallet for distribution and he has followed up since to ensure I recieved them Such amazing customer service that is lacking by many companies these days I often doubt rave reviews because I always think they have been made up but here I am typing out my own rave review Honestly give this company a go you won t be disappointed
