Worst app ever And customer service reps can barely speak English and understand your issues I only use it because my employer requires it but they get an incentive if they have employees sign up so even they have to get paid to recommend wisely

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
I would give them negative stars if I could Just another ADP service that is horrible I was hit for nearly 300 dollars in fraudulent charges from some random travel company called thrillophilia This company is based in India and has nothing but horrible reviews of people being scammed It s taken nearly 3 months now and my case is still under investigation crazy thing is I ve never done any kind of online shopping or entered the card number anywhere This leak in card info must have come from their end Someone inside their company is either selling our information or stealing it I ve looked up and found several cases where people have said the same thing has happened to them I ve had this happen one other time years ago with chase bank and they credited the funds to my account the same day It s taken wisely nearly 3 months and I still have not heard anything STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE

Utter TRASH simply put Called in last week to have my password and old work address changed in their system Able to login once and was immediately shut down Without access and no notice Five days later Still no access and called into them only to find out that something as simple as a password and email requires escalations and 24-48 hours and I should wait 2 days I asked for a ticket number to reference the call They couldn t provide me with a number to reference this and call them They are ASS Told me when I traveled internationally that the card would work Could not check balances nor was this card accepted ADP needs their ass kicked

This company is a joke
This company is a joke they won t help with disputes in anyway November 2nd i went to an atm to withdraw my paycheck 460 the atm was low on funds but still removed the money from my account without giving it to me Bank that owns the atm acknowledged and reversed the money back to my wisely card November3rd However according to wisely they haven t received it I ve emailed the dispute papers to the email they provided along with actually mailed it in as well and they keep saying they haven t received it I m tired of the run around and nobody seems to know where my money is I m a single mom of 3 and I live paycheck to paycheck my lights are close to being shut off This company is ridiculous

Do not use this company
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with My account got hacked They took over 500 and told me it will take up to 90 days before the review process my card was taken and they told me it would cost me 35 to ship a new one their customer service is awful they couldn t provide me with any information regarding who was taking my money from me I was left with no money not even a way to purchase a gallon of milk for my family

Wisely card is HORRIBLE
Wisely card service is absolutely horrible My husband started a new job and HR recommended using the Wisely card instead of direct deposit BIG MISTAKE He forgot his pin number and Wisley ended up locking the card He had to submit identification documents and they said it would be unlocked in 1-2 business days Well its been a week after he submitted the documents and Wisely still has not unlocked the card They keep saying someone has to verify the documents give us 1-2 business days I m wondering if this company is going bankrupt and needs to hold on to customers money for a certain amount of time There are no branches to go to and the people we kept speaking with where from another country other than the US

The customer service is HORRIBLEEEEEEEEFirst time I called I thought I was being scammed lady didn t know what she was doing kept having to repeat the same information over and over and when she would repeat it back it was wrong I had to call again about a transfer and and not only could she not give me an answer she kept interrupting me to say the I guess company line if you have no questions would you like to stay on the line for a survey I had to go ahead and interrupt her to say I HAVE A QUESTION you have not let me ask I had to literally call 4 times in a row to speak to someone I kept getting put through and no one would speak I heard muttered sounds or even heard a guy coughing and smacking in I m guessing his nighttime dinner That was gross but regardless customer service is 0 outta 5 stars horrible HORRIBLEEEEEEEE

Horrible dispute experience
Tried to make a purchase and card reader declined my card although money was there I called to dispute because I saw the charge actually went through It s been almost 2 months and I have not received my money back Customer service is clueless they have no idea what they are doing

Cust Service basically nonexistent
Wisely kept emailing and targeting me w Upgrade Your Card ads It doesn t cost anything so I finally did it To do so you have to upload 2 pieces of ID on their site I was able to upload one but their site didn t give an option to upload the 2nd ID Since I didn t upload two IDs not only was my card not upgraded they re now saying they re going to cancel my account altogether I called in to their CS department yesterday 2 14 Was told the only dept that can reverse the cancelation is open only 10a-3p PST so call back the next day I call back the next day they said I m not supposed to call them but that that dept is going to call me I asked from what cause I don t pick up random numbers they said they don t know I asked is there an email address I can reach someone instead they said no This is definitely a company I would NOT trust with anything least of all
