Hello I want to share with you a bitter experience perhaps many are going through this but have been silenced Something very dark is happening with EXODUS and its SWAP when making any exchange they redirect you to a third-party platform called N EXCHANGE which retains your funds and requests KYC In my case I complied with everything they demanded I even sent personal information which does not even happen in a centralized exchange they justify that they enforce AML but I just think that the only thing they want is to keep the funds I have read very dark comments from people who lost their money and in my case stay away I sold a vehicle received 15k and when switching from BTC to USDT in EXODUS my funds were frozen and they asked me to contact N EXCHANGE they did not respond to the chat after sending everything requested and although they offer a refund applying to keep 5 they do not meet any of the conditions ORDER OWHKZFThis is the link to my order provided by EXODUS which says they are not responsible because it is a third party with other policies If anyone else has gone through this share your experiences On trustpilot it is very negative and these people create their own positive comments On telegram they deleted the group messages and they are practically a ghost agency that wants to keep your funds

Hello I wanted to leave my experience in great detail since this nightmare began I start by telling you that I sold a vehicle and after the payment I wanted to make a SWAP in the EXODUS wallet from BTC to USDT just when doing so the transaction failed with an order number and was not completed but the funds disappeared something unusual in a DECENTRALIZED wallet I arrived at N EXCHANGE without my consent and without knowledge it was only EXODUS who took me and left me there when I made my first claims they only said that I should contact these people since the SWAP was taken by a third party and was now in other policies Since this started they sent a link with facial verification they requested the IDs after this an agent started asking many personal questions asked for photos of the vehicle for sale sales contract selfie photo with a white sheet they offered a refund even publicly through Trustpilot and after that they asked for a video conference now they make statements about things that I did not say they ask for reports they refuse to complete the refund This has never happened to me even in recognized EXCHANGES where you go through a real verification process the attention of the agents is not consistent on a daily basis someone different attends to you and changes everything that the previous one already said I only see that this seeks to play on tiredness and keep your money with the excuse of AML and KYC my perception has not changed and if they were to comply with the refund as they publicly did I would also come here and let you know ORDER OWHKZFKeep away

I did a swap via exodus on the 30th of October and the transaction says fail but was debited from my account I contacted exodus customer service only to be directed to a company called n exchange I have been going back and forth with them all to no avail I was told to go through their KYC which their platform wasn t accepting I finally managed to get hold of someone through their chat bot called Ben over an hour I provided all the documents that were required until I got frustrated and requested that the swap be canceled I don t want to proceed any longer only for him to go offline This is the same person that I was chatting with for over an hour but immediately I requested the swap be canceled Mr Ben decided to disappear which I find weird considering too many scam going online I have gone through some reviews about them and I am scared to my bones if all this turns out to be true

It s been 14 days now and I am yet to receive my swap or even a refund to say the least I made a swap for over 72k for btc since the 30th of October and these people have been trading with my funds because there s no better way to explain it if you can t process my swap why not refund the money BTC has been surging by the day and I am losing while my money is making profit for n exchange This is totally unfair
