Purchased brake pads from Napa s
Purchased brake pads from Napa s website and next day delivery was promised That was not the case 4 days later i received the package open package by the way and one of the pads had a busted chip Called customer service to ask for a return label and now im ni the middle of this battle with UPS because NAPA put me in the middle of them and UPS long story short 3 days and 30 pictures later i have yet to see an end to this stay away from purchasing from Napa

Napa sold me a napa battery for my automobile They try to sell you an extended warranty that can be 100 dollars extra I took my bad battery back and they tested it and said it just needed to be charged which was a lie I was forced to buy a rebuilt battery from another business and the cars been running great for 3 weeks Don t buy from napa they are dishonest crooks and definitely don t believe you have a warranty on the battery you buy from there There was an entire year left on the battery s warranty but they lie and say your battery is still good

Item was delivered to the wrong address the right address was given to NAPA I was told it would take weeks before they could send out a replacement item Cancelled all of our orders with NAPA and will never use them again Buy local and forget this scammer

NAPA Rip-Off Merchants
The amount of Negative Reviews about NAPA Suppliers says it all I purchased an Exhaust System for my old Chrysler Sebring via a so-called NAPA Supplier Becuase I could not get the said sytem either in the UK where I live nor anywhere Europe either I paid an over the top price of 555 for said system When I looked the craftmanship of said system the welding of said muffler silencer box was rubbish very poor quality When I had it installed onto my Sebring it is effecting my Sebrings performance making a rattelling noise pish I eventually found a Stainless Steel Supplier over here who will install a stainless steel exhaust system for not much more than what I paid the NAPA supplier for a exhaust system which will last the life-span of my Sebring If only I found the stainless steel supplier before these NAPA sand dancers chancers If I was you Folks give this NAPA Supplier M MacAutoDiscountParts Kentucky a wide berth avoid They are a shower of Rip-Off Merchants that is for sure sincerely Folks

I went to the local NAPA store because
I went to the local NAPA store because I believed they had knowledge and treated customers good I was terribly wrong I wanted 1 inch body side molding and NAPA the price was 104 a roll I needed 2 I asked the guy if there was something else and he said no that just what it costs now He needed to have it sent to the store and it was going to take a week so I bought it Then I went to my car and thought that s too much money I priced it on Amazon and Advance auto and I can get it for 60 now versus 210 plus tax So I went right back in and told them I changed my mind The owner manager got mad and said I would have to pay a 35 dollar restocking fee because they already ordered it Then by the time I looked at my refund I realized they charged me 38 just to undo an order for a vastly overpriced item The store is dirty poorly organized and staffed by untrained uncaring employees Go to any of the newer auto parts businesses these guys are going to fail It s a small town and Advanced Auto is way better Auto Zone way better O Reilly way better all within a mile I was robbed clear and simple the item had been purchased for 8 minutes and they wouldn t return it I didn t even see what was ordered I can buy stuff at the other stores take it home then take it back full refund You cannot give worse customer service I won t go back and it is now my mission in life to make sure everyone else is aware

Poor service - no integrity
I ordered a Gates waterpump from NAPA online as the local store didn t have it Whoever shipped it just put a lable on the original flimsy box no packing and of course the part was damaged Looked at the websire and it said I could take it to the local NAPA store for exchange The local NAPA store in Westminster MD said they don t do exchanges or refunds as they are not a company store - they are an independent After way too much time on the phone and computer I finally got a label to return the pump for a refund Good news is I purchased the exact same pump on Amazon for half the price and it arrived double boxed and packed with bubble wrap - no damage NAPA sent me a request to review my expereince so I did They took exception to me pointing out the part was improperly packaged part was damaged and I bought the part elsewhere for less They refused to post my review so I ll post it here

Don t deal with Napa in Wharton Tx
If there was a place for a negative star review Napa Auto Parts in Wharton Tx would get one The clerk Matthew Lopez we dealt with was rude to both me and my wife He lied to us about his ability to research a lost receipt about the location being an independent part of the Napa chain and he had bad attitude without end You d think he d be aware that there are at least three auto parts stores in Wharton Tx and that there would be some appreciation that we gave his store the opportunity for the sales the location made No customer service No willingness to do the right thing and apparently no idea that the customer comes first Both thumbs down

Good products but RUBBISH felt totally ripped off especially since was 4 dearer than Bunnings Person serving me went to another staff member sitting behind desk pointed out product then pointed to me and they both began chuckling WONT SEE ME AGAIN

Not the service for the price
This review is for Lane Ave in Jax Fl As a Napa consumer we are told our experience will be above and beyond the rest for the higher price we pay for parts However my experience was as follows No help wass offered to remove my battery which needed just a top off No tools available no assistance was offered Not the service I expected for the higher price A lessen learned Did I mention I am handy capped

Ripped off with online purchase
NAPA UK just an example to start with I ordered and paid for a funnel and a cheap looking tyre inflator just over 18 71 posted when I opened the parcel I had a spark plug and a piece of rubber hose I also ordered other stuff before that came and I just got spark plugs instead of the thing on my online order Also about 130 for various items I have them on an ordered list with pictures and a description that I paid for and instead I received a box with 9 random spark plugs That has to be the worse online shopping experience of my life but judging by the trust pilot score poor service is the norm I shall now be avoiding NAPA professionally and warning all my associates in the trade to do the same I really can t understand why a large company would do such a thing
