FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES
I placed an online order for a bimini top for my boat on 7 Jul 2024 They stated that all parts were in stock and would ship in 1-3 days printed directly on the invoice and went ahead and charged my credit card I only received some of the parts Some parts arrived as expected Some arrived late Some never arrived I asked about the missing parts and was told they were NOT actually in stock but they would ship in a couple of weeks They did not I asked again three times Each inquiry elicited this same response with a new expected ship date This was all done via email Then I called customer service on the phone There was no answer It said to leave a message I did but they never responded Finally after two months of dealing with this I requested a refund They told me I would have to pay a 20 restocking fee and pay for return shipping I protested since this is happening because they never sent everything I paid for in the first place They replied saying they would waive the restocking fee and provide me a return shipping label but I have not received that either I have documentation of all of this in emails with the exception of the one phone call I have filed a fraudulent charge claims BBB FTC and my credit card company
