Unimpressed Approached by Tom who wanted to

Approached by Tom who wanted to interest me in PPC advertising with Google Having agreed to the creation of some ads they were all rejected by Google After a confident suggestion from the nerds regarding a fix for the problem I was persuaded to agree to an additional piece of work with pursuant costs This failed to impress Google my ads were still unacceptable to them I lost confidence in the process and called a halt to things A discussion with Tom over the invoice led to a misunderstanding over what was owed and the instruction of a debt collector When things went wrong with what should have been a simple process I d say that customer service went wrong too No accountability was shown for what I considered to be poor advice and a sledgehammer was used to crack the nut of an invoice dispute There are many digital marketing agencies out there my advice is to choose another one
