I placed a order for a led sign unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged and part of the sign wasn t working I emailed Neon Beach and explained this I was promised a credit a few months passed and I still hadn t received anything I heard the company had been bought out by new owners I was contacted by a member of staff who had explained that neon beach had been taken over He was very helpful and assured me that they wanted to put right any complaints they have had in the past I was offered a full refund on my purchase transferred back to me the next day It has definitely reassured my confidence in this company and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future Thank you for your great customer service New owners

11 6 22 UPDATE I am updating my review - my prior review was basically set expectations low about waiting time be happy My main gripe was the waiting time for shipment of product Here are my current thoughts Best qualities from neon beach - the quality of product and customer service I have purchased two items from neon beach both times I was nervous because shipping time and other negative reviews To say it simply their customer service team is awesome and deserve major kudos If you were in the same position as me and nervous for when your sign arrives I would just reach out and put your mind at ease They are really great and more than reasonable Cons shipment time lack of updates I signed up to the shop app but for whatever reason updates were few and far between - my order was set as processed even though a month had passed GRANTED my order ended up shipping within the estimated time so maybe I shouldn t complain Overall experience is a 5 - price is probably among the best you ll find quality is more than I could have asked for and I will eventually be ordering a third time while hoping my patience has somewhat improved

Product was excellent Exactly what we wanted The ordering process was simple and they kept me well informed as to progress of order - manufacture and despatch There was an issue with FedEx delivery service meaning there was a delay in delivery time but it was resolved

I rate the experience AND the quality of the final product 5 5 All in all very good It took a while BUT it was worth it The customer support is very polite professional and truly helped me I know that there are a few bad reviews but it seems that this company has massively improved and wants to really build a trusted brand for good quality neon signs
