Even cooler than I d hoped for
I worked with Doung at NeonGrand in hopes of getting a customized neon design to go onto a large poster I d created He offered a drawing which completely fit my needs When it arrived carefully wrapped and boxed it worked out even better than I imagined It s the coolest piece of art I have in the house and I m a graphic designer I recommend NeonGrand with full confidence

Gives my room a totally different feel I love everything about it Be careful when you re drilling into the wall It s advised to have help with ensuring it s straight and mark where you will drill precisely Very easy to drill a hole too high or low off to the left or right

Customer service was over the top Even though the packaging was very solid when light arrived it had been damaged during shipping A new light was on the way within just a few days Also the product is beautiful More beautiful than the pictures on the web site It appears that this Neongrand really cares about their customers and products

Amazing Experience
My experience with Neon Grand was one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had They were so patient with me and brought my vision to life The replies were quick and suggestions were great I loved how they asked for a picture of the wall I wanted the sign on and then provided details of how the sign would look fit on the wall That was such a huge help The sign came packaged very securely and padded All the hardware to hang the sign and instructions were provided They were easy to follow and I definitely appreciated how easy the whole process was Thank you again
