I ve been with every exchange you can imagine Bitbuy Kraken Binande Coinbase crypto com and others Being an experienced trader and crypto investor I tried Newton and I am very satisfied relieved and grateful they have customer and tech-support second to none and they are very experienced and technical I get annoyed with other exchanges because their customer service or tech-support are very inexperienced and not trained properly in English This leads to frustration Once an exchange sent my tokens or crypto in the wrong format and Newton went out of their way above and beyond to get a recovery team and recover my funds and I assure you not many to all exchanges would do that they have my loyalty and respect for good and I can trust him not like most I highly suggest them

I transferred some token from an exchange to my Newton wallet However I realized that the token is not supported by Newton and I made a mistake due to name similarity I contacted the support team immediately and they offered their help to recover the tokens and send them back to the original wallet The process took about 10 days but I was able to get my tokens back
