Rina Popat was exceptional throughout the process and acted for us on both the buy and sell side Our chain was on the verge of collapse due to our buyers conveyancers being incompetent which in turn caused the top of the chain threatening to pull out Rina remained the only constant voice of reason throughout and always defended our position robustly and efficiently pushing back and challenging various parties at the right time Rina played a significant part in ensuring our chain didn t fall through I would highly recommend using Rina Popat
