After Nikki Reid s very good initial presentation including very good Rightmove entry with professional photographs and video viewing agent Linda Scherrer was also very good with the viewings and keeping in touch keeping the sale moving - particularly important in a 4-property chain We were previously let down badly by another agent Stratford-upon-Avon s then largest agent wasting a lot of time and legal fees re buyers who a major bank in the end would not lend to Nikki Homes was altogether very much more professional and diligent than the other agent achieving competing offers over the asking price in a short period and seeing the sale through to completion
