The photographs of the clothes on their website appeared to show well made good quality garments The garments delivered bore no resemblance whatsoever Cheap materials poorly assembled One item was so badly made it was almost laughable It also took almost four weeks for the parcel to be delivered It arrived in the UK on 31 March 22 but took Evri 3 weeks to deliver If you want good quality clothing DO NOT ORDER FROM NINA CLOAK I m only sorry I didn t read the reviews before I ordered Lesson now learned

Do Not Purchase Anything from This Company

This company shows women s and men s clothing at bargain prices They are supposedly based in Hong Kong It is a total scam I placed an order and after realizing is was a scam and they are under investigation for stealing photographs from other websites spoke to a representative who told me he had no record of my order number or email address That s impossible I told him I have the order number which was sent to my email address He claimed he had no record in his computer of my order number or email address and that I would have to wait up until a week before it showed up in his computer system These scammers do not even have a computer system My son lived and worked in Hong Kong and just recently fled Hong Kong after the Chinese government takeover I asked him about certain landmarks on the main Island and a smaller island where my son also lived Peng Chau Hong Kong is made up of a series of islands He knew nothing about any of them Or that there were ferries to Peng Chau He started to become very aggressive and hostile when I told him to stop playing games a definite red flag for a scammer I looked up other reviewers comments that they never received any merchandise from this imaginary company Caveat Emptor

No parcel

I received order confirmation 10132 25 days ago and am yet to receive my parcel Postage alone was 19aud I expected better service than this I ve had no luck tracking the item and am waiting for a reply from the service team Tell me you re not another scamming company Finally arrived after a month I wouldn t recommend this site due to extremely expensive postage and lengthy delivery time

Extremely poor quality fabric not as advertised Ordered cotton and cotton linen blend received cheap nasty polyester garments that are poorly made and had no makers or care tags Difficult company to deal with Thank goodness for Paypal Finally received full refund including foreign transaction fee and return postage DON T BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER

Ninacloak is a fraud After making purchase and recieving random items this site refused to refund or send correct items instead they tried to entice me with a 50 voucher on a 150 order to purchase more product from there fake store ARE YOU SERIOUS Fake me once bad on you FAKE me twice bad on me BEWARNED DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE

SCAM Do not believe the positive reviews ie the paid reviews they re fake Trustpilot doesn t do a thing about them so don t count on them to reflect the true experience Don t buy anything or give them your card number run a good anti-virus tracker scan then go buy clothes somewhere else The pictures are enticing and beautiful- they re meant to be Try to find something similar elsewhere on a legit website
