I have my beautiful 13 backpack for a few months I used it a few times on vacation and got so many compliments on it My zip broke and I was so sad that I could no longer use my favorite backpack however I contacted the customer service team and they were so nice and helpful i told them way happened amd sent them pictures of the backpack and they sent me a replacement straight away I m so greatful that the new bag is now on its way and I can enjoy it s security features and sleep look again

Super product Well made and does exactly as advertised carries loads without you feeling the bag as uncomfortably heavy An enormous contrast to my previous bag Many pockets can take a little getting used to I have lost my wallet a couple of times as a result of forgetting which pocket it is in But overall it is a really excellent design and quality and am really enjoying using it
