Love ordering from Nordstrom Other websites have a shipping minimum and Nordstrom doesn t it s always free shipping Love their shoes and if you have a problem with the items you can always return or exchange in a physical store but I think it s super easy to return their items to your post office as well

I really love the way Nordstrom handles their business I receive awesome service from them whether I shop online or in-store Spectacular customer service I couldn t have asked for any better I love my purchases and never ever feel like I have to return but if I do I m confident that I will still get that same kind of service A service that meets your expectations of the highest standard of serviceability Great job

Can t say that I m a bit fan of shopping but I must admit that Nordstrom has the greatest selection of outfits for any budget I have never left a store with empty bags Even if you re coming just to look around you d probably wind up with a couple of new pieces bought at unbelievably discounted price That what happens to me all the time

Nordstrom is one of my favorite companies because I simply love their mission statement their brand culture and willingness to go the extra distance for a great customer experience I am very loyal to companies that treat me well and mean it I always think Nordstroms when my wife and I need to pick up a gift for someone because they have a great selection of moderately expensive items that people will love to have I also love their shopping events that occur throughout the year

Item was marked as delivered never received

The Walnut Creek Nordstrom provided me with great customer service I wish all Nordstrom employees are as nice as Lulu I stopped shopping in stores after some bad service at another store but Lulu is a gem If I ever need to shop in store which is about once or twice a year I will not hesitate to go to the Walnut Creek store

I ordered a Lemaire item Item was delivered by OnTrac Item was marked as delivered but I never heard a knock on my door I suspect package was misdelivered I always order Nordstrom but do in store pickup so this would not happen This is the first time it happened to me I was able to get my money back but will definitely stop shopping until the store is open
