Incredible service

Moving is stressful Moving is uncertain Moving is difficult With Northants Removals our move was none of these things The communication from Noel in the lead up to the move was excellent Noel was transparent about costs with no hidden costs or limits on services He responded quickly to questions via email and set my mind at ease that we would be taken care on through the process of our move The day before the move the team - led by Kyle - arrived bang on time and began packing everything up They were so focussed and efficient I felt like a spare part and like I was in the way so I promptly left them to it They have finished their pack up and started loading by 3 15pm The team returned on moving day and very swiftly had everything ready to go The move into the new house was as equally efficient and well managed The team built furniture arranged boxes in the right rooms and made the moving in process incredibly simple They made moving seem like an art form I cannot recommend Noel and his team highly enough They were incredible You will have no regrets about using their service

With moving as stressful as it is this company went out of their way to put you at ease and changing the dates for us without any problems We had 3 vans of goods to move to a property 2hrs away They moved all the goods in super speedy time without any damage not even a glass Nothing was too much trouble for the 4 guys in the team They put all the furniture where we wanted it All the guys were very helpful and worked so hard with a smile on their faces I wouldn t hesitate to use this company again if I was in the location Thank you all in your team Noel for making our move a stress free move

Excellent moving service and customer

Excellent moving service and customer experience especially as we had woefully underestimated the amount of stuff we needed to move to our new home The team were efficient and all had a good sense of humour All items arrived undamaged and well packed

Amazing service Made the day go without a hitch

We used Northants Removals after reading all of the good reviews and we weren t dissapointed Noel was amazing at answering all of my questions quickly and putting me at ease We had three members of the team arrive the day before to help pack the kitchen breakables and move some boxes around for us They lovely funny and friendly The next day we had three different members of the team move us - they were equally lovely funny and friendly They made a long day waiting for the keys pass by smoothly and took the stress away Thank you so much We would certainly use you again if we move again

I booked these guys after I d booked a big firm I had lots of terms and conditions read to me about additional charges that may occur Because of this I went online to read reviews which were not to positive One in particular said do not use go local So that d what I did Typed in local removal company s and found Northants removals From the onset the communication was amazing I even got a quick call to reassure me that all the information was great and I had nothing to worry about and they were not wrong Noel who I liased with to organise was outstanding The removal men and woman were bloody fantastic I honestly can not thank them enough they were professional Quick They also had cheeky banter with my parents Moving is such a stressful time but if you want to help yourself then I would 100 recommend using these guys Thank you for your outstanding service X

What a great team company

What a great team company I used this firm on the 4th September they were a little late getting to me but Noel text me to say the team was stuck in traffic When they arrived they loaded quickly and met me at the new property unloaded again quickly and efficiently I noticed a crack in one of my mirrored furniture and Dave notified Noel and 5 weeks later I received a new one Cannot fault this company and I would strongly recommend themMany thanks to Noel and his team

I cannot speak highly enough of Noel and his team Noel is a very special person his empathy and compassion for people going through one of the most difficult and stressful processes in their lifetime is unmatched Mum was leaving her home of 53 years and moving to an assisted living apartment She had a mountain of furniture and possessions we needed to move or dispose of Noel managed the whole process of donating to charity and moved it all for us this saved us a fortune and all the time and stress it could have cost us Our solicitor made sure we never had any idea when to arrange our removal date yet Noel remained flexible and able shift dates then to fix a date for us at virtually no notice The removal team were excellent working quickly and efficiently very courteous and keen to please Noel thank you so much

We have used Northants Removals three times now and they have been absolutely fantastic each time Their crews are very professional and they are able to make any move smooth They even disassembled and reassembled several extremely difficult pieces fo rus including a large wooden jungle gym and a huge loft bed Noel s team is so fantastic we will never even consider using anyone else in the future
