We recently ordered a 200L system and plumbing kit The unit is good quality and the water is hotter than our old electric service and At a fraction of the cost of competitors prices for solar hot water The delivery was prompt and the system well packaged We are very happy with our purchase and wouldn t hesitate to buy again

Excellent Solar Hot Water
I dealt with Andrew at North Solar I found him to be very knowledgeable and in interested in providing the ideal solution for my specific needs The solar hot water unit arrived as and when promised During installation I had a couple of small queries and Andrew was able to answer them easily for me I live approximately 150 meters from the bay shore line and not had any issues with my unit exposed to salty conditions The unit has been on the roof now approximately 18 months I definitely recommend North Solar and their Solar Hot Water Units

An interstate experience of excellency
Andrew is a fountain of knowledge in regards to solar hot water and best of all he cares for his customers on all accounts After running around chasing parts in Wide Bay Qld and seeking a solution for missing components of an imported system I was very glad to have come across North Solar in Victoria A great feeling to deal with North Solar It reminds of better days when customer service was about customer care and help and not profitism and ignorance

Great service and advice
Great service and advice Andrew was fantastic in helping us choose the right product No sales pressure just genuine advice and help When the unit arrived our plumber had some assembly questions These were answered promptly and with great details Once installed the unit worked straight away Out gas booster did not even start Hot water came out of the tap straight away I would recommend the product and the service to anyone that is looking to deal with NorthSolar

Super friendly and knowledgeable
Super friendly and knowledgeable service The North Solar evacuated tube system connected to our wooden stove works so much better than our old system for the same amount of wood burning the water is twice as hot I can t wait to get our next electricity bill to see how much we have saved Highly recommend
