Customer service was very quick to respond to an issue with my son s new boots They took care of problem and made sure their product was a top priority I was hesitant to order since the company was in a different country and I knew returns could be a hassle Solovair proved to be a top rate company My son loves his boots and his friends are ready to order as well

I d like to thank Karen and especially Carolina for helping me modify my order by changing the shoe size It took them a while to answer but they did exactly what was asked and saved me a bunch of time

Overall great experience

A few weeks ago I bought a pair of Black Greasy 8 Eye Derby Boots and so far I m really happy with them Delivery to Germany was fast and without any problems At first the boots were as expected not very comfortable but with their Cushioned Foam Insoles and after wearing them for some time they started to become quite comfy Btw my usual shoe size is EU41 and for me UK7 insoles seem to be the best fit The only small downside in my eyes is the cloth that comes with the care kit Its quality is not great Since it s the least important product here I don t care much

- editing my experience review after the issue has been solved by the company -Great customer service experience they didn t have to refund me the lost item and yet they did I wish I could get the shoes instead but I ll try to find another way to buy them without having to deliver to my country

I would just like to say i am very happy dealing with Solovair NPS I have 10 pairs of their boots and all are excellent quality The customer service is fantastic and i could not wish for more pleasant and helpful folks that answered my every question and query regarding boots leather size etc Anyone contemplating on buying their footwear then look no further best quality with a great customer service to back it up 100 out of 100 from me

Fixed my melted boots

Great handmade boots like Docs but of even higher quality Fantastic customer service too because I m an idiot and accidentally melted a bit of the sole near a bonfire after having them for a few weeks and they repaired them for me rapidly
