If I could give a 0 I would

If I could give a 0 I would the experience with this school made my decision of not even considering to apply here It felt like when you go into the store buckle at the mall and every single person walks up to you trying to sell you something but could care less about what you actually want This school is in the business to make money not see their students succeed The lack of care and help from the 15 people that were assigned to me is insane to me I hope they can find a way to make this experience better

Terrible University

National University canceled the program I was in the midst of with no warning and after a year of taking classes every month No explanation no help with next steps and is even still sending me monetary charges even after I am finished with the school Joke of a university

Tuition is extremely high which is

Tuition is extremely high which is acceptable if we were learning anything All four classes I have attended is student learning It hurts to know the amount of debt I am in BSN program to have to instructors who actually teach anything

Staff Complaints Ignored

I had complaints about professors and they were blatantly ignored by Dr Polen and the Department of Student Affairs I question if the DSA is even staffed I never received a response to emails or voicemail messages There s zero accountability for staff complaints

This school does not have enough staff

This school does not have enough staff to run their programs properly The tuition is outrageously expensive and we do not have access to any sim lab which was presented to us during orientation we do not use the skills lab anymore and we do all of our classes through zoom The teachers make it very clear that they do not have the time to review the material before class and many professors are seeing the PowerPoints for the first time WITH US

Not a college worth attending

Was told I could get unofficial transcripts to start and needed officials within 60 days of starting Then received notification I couldn t start until they had all official transcripts Nobody ever reached back out to me to follow up or anything Definitely not a college I will try attending as it s obviously clear they don t care if you get enrolled or not

Terrible service

Terrible service Advisors have no idea what they re doing and keep giving different information Fighting to get a catalog reinstated so one could finish a degree is a nightmare Their programs are available in any other place Run from them

I applied for an MA in Counseling program There was a delay due to required reference letters In December the last letter was submitted I followed up in early January and was told that 1 letter was still missing I advised them that the letter was submitted in early December and they countered with holiday school closures I m at the end of the month and yet to have anyone follow up with me

Unorganized and Unprofessional

I enrolled in PhD program with North Central University and halfway through my first year they were bought-out by National University The transition has been chaotic and unorganized They ve let licenses for programs lapse that are requirements for courses Communications from professors is spotty and unreliable I m constantly on the fences of switching to another institution except that I ve already invested a year of my time and money into this program I m not proud to say I m a student of NCU or NU and I do not trust that they have student s best interest in mind - they re looking for that easy paycheck and don t care about their product
