The Numerologist - Potential Scam

Purchased one of their digital products a Personality Decoder Report for 7 I was charged immediately but never received the report by email Yes I checked the junk folder too I contacted the Numerologist Customer Care team same day and got a response within 2 hours from someone saying that they had just resent me the report via email the same one we were communicating with I checked my inbox after a few minutes and 5 hours after still no report I informed the Customer Care Team of this via email and the same agent replied again saying they d passed my case to their tech team to look into it for me It s been 14 days since and no contact from the tech team I ve also sent 3 follow up emails to the Customer Care Team since their last email advising that they d passed the issue to their tech team - and no response at all just radio silence And no refund to date Judging from my experience unless the entire team has been beamed away by extra terrestrials I can only infer that the company is grossly incompetent at serving its customers in a timely way or that this is a complete scam My advise to anyone reading this proceed with great caution I m fortunate that I only parted with 7 so a pretty affordable lesson to learn I m a glass half full kinda person But some folks may not have been so lucky but you can be thanks to my review

Don t waste your money on their very poor services I have ordered a personality decoder report which was of very poor quality filled with a lot of general explanations and very little personal information Along with the 7 USD charged for this service I have noticed on my paypal invoice an automatic charge of the audio version of the report which I have not ordered and which was not shown at the moment of the initial purchase I have opened a dispute case with paypal which was closed by them on the grounds that it is not a billing issue I have reported that a fraudulent charge showed up on my invoice I have contacted paypal asking for more information about their decision but unfortunately they haven t replied back I have also written to numerologist com asking for a full refund since based on their refund policy you have the right to a refund within 60 days following your purchase but my refund was denied So I have paid 21 USD for a good lesson Do not engage with them and do not buy anything from them It is a scam company

False Promises Bad Customer Service

I purchased the numerology report the personality decoder and a fraudulent charge showed up on my account at the same time The report I received was not worth the pages It had so much filler and was basically just the free report typed up with colourful pages It was not the in-depth report promised They did not get back to me until the dispute was processed by my bank and then they lied to try to make it seem that I submitted the complaint within the 24 hours of the money back guarantee They reached out to me 5 days later with this lie for some mysterious reason DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS
