I ordered 6 weeks ago and have still not received my order

As of 3 10 2022 parcel still not arrived Will not purchase again or recommend

I have still not received my order yet am being asked to review my purchase It makes no sense

So expensive for the quality of the tea - just dust not whole leaves I didn t like the taste at all but the lack of value for money was the key negative for me

Very unpleasant taste expensive and will not buy anything from them agsin

This Kelp Thyroid Tea has given me much trouble and grief for 2 months since the time I drank it until today Mostly to do with kidney discomfort breathing issues and the like I only drank 1 cup and I regret ever buying this tea I had to seek a blood test And doctors examination thinking this tea wrecked my kidneys I had no previous medical issues I have hypersensitivity hsp btw I don t know if that is a factor but I have no previous allergies either As for the others The dandelion tea tasted bad and had no benefits The liver tea had a unique flavour Neither good nor bad The free elderberry tea was the best I enjoyed this freebie Overall it far more expensive than the tea I enjoy more at the supermarket Now is this all worth that extra cost After 2 months of breathing issues and kidney discomfort and stress - not really and so I have learnt my lesson well I would advise this to anyone seeking kelp or anything for body and soul benefits that shares a similar history to me Please don t I really don t want anyone to experience what I have experienced in the last 2 months Just drink roobios or something Add honey to that Tastier and better for you

Very disappointed This is a review of the lemongrass and ginger tea bags These neither tasted nor smelled like either of the promised fragrant ingredients Tasted like drinking a hot cup of water and nothing else I presumed given the price that this tea would be more fragrant and generally better overall than my regular twinings ginger tea I was wrong

The raspberry and peppermint tea had very little taste as did the elderberry and echinaceaI was very disappointed

Bought the pregnancy trio pack as said it is gluten free on the website Tea arrived quickly but has oat straw listed as an ingredient Emailed to check about cross contamination with gluten had a quick response saying that it they cannot guarantee that it s gluten free so asked for them to update website as stating that the product is gluten free when it is not is very dangerous for people with coeliac disease especially during pregnancy No response no offer to return no refund EDIT they have since added wording to the website although still does not say not suitable for coeliacs waiting for returns label

I love the tea but I am really disappointed with packaging Does really every single tea bag have to be wrapped up in plastic foil I totally disagree with such a waste which goes straight to the rubbish and then ruining our beautiful Planet even if it is recyclable to produce it requires unnecessary use of energy Please stop packing every single tea bag they are okay loose in the paper box
