I ordered 2 orbs paid next day delivery a week ago now and nothing has come through they haven t replied to a single email Devastated as they are not cheap and was for kids for Christmas

Don t go near these scammers

Not sure this is a company in any sense of the word just a money grabbing scam Ordered two orbs had to repeatedly email to get very late delivery One worked for five minutes the second not at all Tried to return and all communication stopped So no way to get a refund Visited their office address in London but couldn t find them Be warned

Ordered 2 orbs over a week ago Nothing has arrived they promised next day delivery No response to email Company registered address is shared with over 5000 other companies All the reviews on their website are 5 stars If you leave a review It magically doesn t appear Starting to feel I ve been scammed

Avoid this company

Absolutely no communication whatsoever ordered 1 ORB and was invoiced for 2 I emailed company as soon as I got order confirmation 20 minutes after placing the order but no reply The following morning I rang 3 times and left contact details still no reply I got an email on day of delivery to say sorry items already dispatched nothing we can do hard to believe considering I contacted them 20 minutes after placing the order Quality of product absolute garbage too not worth 2 99 let alone 22 99 Many thanks to PayPal for help in sorting this problem out

doesn t work

doesn t work tried all sorts of angles to get it to return but it turned to the right and crashed Charged for 20 mins like recommended but lasted 2 minutes before turning off just junk that I will be returning thru ebay

Ordered next day delivery on 15th November Unlike others I did get a reply from customer services saying they have been overwhelmed with orders and it will be here by 6th December Still waiting Frustrating since they are still advertising next day delivery they cannot meet Looks like IF it ever gets here it will brake immediately anywayUpdate 22 December the order has arrived

Same as everyone else ordered December 13 I was sent a tracking number on the Shopify app 2 days later and since then my order has allegedly been sitting in Arizona for weeks now Dead give away was the fact the contact email is a gmail account I found the address via Bizapedia and after entering it onto Google Maps it shows it s a house
