I cannot in good conscious recommend
I cannot in good conscious recommend Josh or his firm Their communication is lacking Josh is only professional when you are a new potential client And he actually left me in a worse position that when I hired him with IRS and he knows it and knows the service was lacking especially the communication and refused to issue refund so I can actually hire someone to help His ego is apparently more important than the well being of his clients as he cannot admit when he makes mistakes I tried and tried to reason with him but he refused Don t believe the BBB A Rating either as they refuse to take a complaint on him because they say he is professionally licensed and I need to make a bar complaint Honestly I didn t want to hurt him or his business at all but his ego refused to do the right thing Money over clients and service Now I am left struggling to find someone to fix this Sad really Josh has replied to my other reviews on other sites with a statement that this is materially false further demonstrating his lack of caring and commitment to not rectifying the situation he put me in but instead continuing to go down the same path as before that caused this review in the first place Business and people are allowed to make mistakes but it is their response to the mistakes which truly shows their character I write these reviews hoping he would wake up and realize these mistakes and make them right but unfortunately it seems from his replies the only thing I can do is start a bar complaint which I did not want to do

The law firm is very professional they get the job done They saved me almost 100 000 Before working with them I couldn t sleep and I was so stressed This company assured me that they would take care of all of the paperwork and they did Whenever I had a question they responded to my emails right away They made the payments very convenient They also gave me some yummy brownies when I signed up I would recommend J M Sells to anyone that has issues with the IRS You do not have to live in Ohio to receive the services They will work with you no matter what state you re in
