Extra large trunk blanket boxI bought this in the sale as it was sooo expensive but I was very pleased with the quality and construction - it s very solid will last forever and there is so much room inside Had to liaise with Oka and the delivery company as the delivery date they suggested didn t work for me - they managed to swop dates at short notice and everything went well

Tony and Phil
Tony and Phil delivered our replacement coffee table today and they couldn t have been more helpful They unpacked it and gave us ample time to check it over and then they moved it into its final position for us and removed all the packaging

Another amazing experience
I am surprised to read some negative reviews about Oka customer service and their agents in this forum they have always be wonderful Again today they delivered some items and they were beyond helpful and pleasant

Prompt and polite
Phil and Darren delivered our sofa and a table to us this morning They were so lovely Full of smiles and a great sense of humour too They asked us where we would like the items and made sure we were happy with the positioning They even cut up the cupboard packing so it could be used in our garden If only all delivery men were like them They deserve a mention

Best customer service experience I have ever had
I have purchased numerous items from OKA and always without trouble But the last time there was a slight glitch entirely my fault Items were returned a new order was dispatched quickly and with hand on heart I have never experienced such excellent service Scott from OKA understood the situation and acted with great kindness and attention to detail Thank you
