Omaha Steaks cannot be better for great products and staff Worth every dollar

My husband and I have eaten a lot of steals during our 78 years of marriage Obviously we were also getting on in years and haven t eaten as much as we did in the first forty-eight years of marriage It was befoe Bob started getting that I found Omaha Steaks They cut them in portions that are made for us My husband died in October and I figured I would buy them at the grocery store However it was during this pandemic and I wasn t very comfortable shopping anywhere so I continued to order from them After his death I wasn t hungry for several months Truly these steaks kept me going and allowed me to stay healthy Friends family and neighbors made sure I had a variety of food to choose from As good as they all were my system didn t appreciate their efforts While in the grocery store Thursday they had vaccuum on vaccuum sealed filets I hadn t seen them packaged it in the store before so I bought one to try it It was tender and delicious but way too much for it I like my steak rare so saving part of it to heat in a day or two meant it would be well-done and I only eat my steaks in that condition because I was served it in that condition and or I m in a restaurant and didn t want to complain - at least most of the time I let it go Food is beginning to taste like the food did before my husband s death and I ve had both shots I m beginning to feel safer out in the world again but will continue to get my steaks from Omaha Steaks Omaha Steaks is not perfect I live in the South with a lot of high temperatures about ten months out of the year Once in the summer the delivery was delayed and the meat was spoiled I called and told them what happened It was a large order but I had replacement in about four days a pleasant apology I received an order earlier this week The dry ice had evaporated I called them again and they offered to replace the order or refund my money I opted for the replacement Came this afternoon in perfect condition Again I was a very satisfied customer I will continue to order because who will continue to order from Omaha Steaks I agree the prices are high but they have great products a staff that has always been courteous and helpful The truckers and delivery people are overworked but appreciated I believe my only problems are with the shipping
