To back up what others have said about the recent rogue email Rachel Knight got back to me the same day and the issue was resolved I have had the occasional glitch previously with polls and likewise when I have reported these to Rachel she has been super efficient

Contacted them via email with an IT problem which I got an almost immediate reply with a number of solutions The first one worked Rachel Knight is excellent could not get better service

Questions and concerns

Every time I have a question about onepoll com I get a response within a day of my inquiry Always always addresses all of my concerns and are very helpful and really super nice They are a great site with excellent member customer service

Issue quickly and professionally resolved

Had an issue with payment redemption initially being rejected but this was resolved within 24 hours and very happy with the speed and professionalism in which this was handled I enjoy using one poll and look forward to continuing to do so in the future Thanks

The surveys are interesting short and vary in topics making them easy and fun to do The customer service is also great whenever you have any difficulty Rachel is always on hand and prompt at responding

Firstly we need to accept that problems do and always will happen with surveys But here OnePoll have long proved to be extremely pro-active in their dealing with any problems that I ve found with surveys and better than that they do so extremely quickly and these days that is an increasingly rare thing with online customer services

I ve been a member of One Poll for several years completing their interesting short surveys on a regular basis Their very friendly panel support team always reply promptly with answers to any questions providing great customer service just like Rachel Knight did today in sorting out my redemption problem very quickly The rewards system works well so when you ve reached sufficient points it s easy to claim via PayPal or direct to your bank account It s a great way to use any spare time you may have by sharing your opinions in answering questions on a wide range of topics helping with market research and at the same time being rewarded for your time Highly recommended

I had the need to contact one pill last week and my email was responded to by a very helpful Rachel Knight Her speedy response was very helpful and the content of the email was thoughtful supportive and resolved the issue Thanks go to Rachel for a wonderful job
