I recently took part in group research concerning grocery shopping Isabel and Ezme were brilliant to deal I was kept very well informed throughout the process and they happily dealt with a couple of queries that I had The session itself was most enjoyable The researchers made sure that I felt at ease and that my input was valued Payment was promptly received after the project I very much hope that I will be able to take part in future projects with Research Opinions and highly recommend them to anybody who is interested in market research

This was an INCREDIBLE 3 Hour session where Sainsbury s ACTUALLY asked me a customer who is disabled how they could improve their services I have an opinion on EVERYTHING as those of you who know me will know and I am not afraid to share my opinions even if others might disagree with what I am saying To be asked by a major Supermarket chain and not just me there were about 200 people there for my opinion on how they could better serve us as a customer was rather novel and I did like it It was extremely well organised very professional and covered off topics that are very close to me and my family I e Not all disabilities are Visible I have suggested a cunning plan for them to steal a march on ALL of their competitors which I will keep secret for now Personally I think it is a BRILLIANT plan but then I would I thought of it If Sainsbury s do not run with it by the end of the month then it is open to others if and should they be interested Congratulations to all of the organisers You did an incredible job

Great experience Interesting and fun

The task that I had was long but the time flew by I was contacted with all the information beforehand and I was made confident that I was an important member of the panel Everyone that dealt with me was very friendly and looked after us well The only downside was the lack of tea or coffee But i think that was down to the client The whole task was so much fun and would love to be matched up again

This was a really interesting forum on a subject that s really relevant to me The other members of the panel all had lots to contribute The questions were intelligent and thoughtful I am sure lots of useful information was gleaned from the discussion I would definitely like to participate in these panels in the future

A very interesting and enjoyable experience

Sceptical was it a scam when the initial text arrived but after speaking to Ezme I was very reassured it was very genuine The actual review interview was very interesting and enjoyable No pressure at all and the whole interview was carried out in a very friendly and positive manner It also made me think more about my own attitude towards the subject we were discussing which was an added bonus for me Thank you Overall very good and I would definitely do it again
