Poor customer service Long shipping times Overall not a good experience

Wrong item was sent but they arranged return and refund as ordered item was no longer available Have purchased from OneTwo3D in the past without any issues and would happily do so again

Very happy with the goods price UK based company and support from Jan Delivery by DPD was awful delivery drivers fibbing about attempting to deliver attempting to deliver to incorrect address etc If not for the DPD fiasco would have been five stars
