The totally bamboo Compact dish rack was a BIG disappointment

The totally bamboo Compact dish rack was not what was advertised I purchased the dish rack because of the specifications so that it would fit in my sink But the dish rack was two inches bigger than advertised and so it wouldn t fit I t also had a really strong stinky smell and frankly was the last place that I would want to put clean dishes I found the customer service to be very unhelpful I was expected to send it back to CHINA even though the fault was theirs Obviously the shipping charge was more than the dish rack so I opted out of sending it back I would never buy anything from this company Hope this helps someone

Really the worse online shop ever First of all they don t confirm your purchase than they send the wrong item and then they refuse to send a return-label and make a big deal on the fact that you as a customer have to be happy that you received an item even if it is nothing like what you ordered Hope you read this before you buy from this stupid shop

I have ordered a dress which has arrived with a missing belt I have contacted the customer services and the reply was that belt was not included despite it was shown with the belt in all of the photos - refused to send the belt or pay the shipping fee if I wanted to return the dress back The dress looked very basic and poor quality stitching with threads hanging very cheap quality for the price I paid Don t buy from this company it s overpriced and misleading

Very poor do not buy from here cause they put a return address on your address label n when you send it bk it doesn t exist So when you ask them where your refund they ask you to get the parcel bk from the address they put on label which is there mistake not mine they then tryed to offer me a credit note i said I would like my money bk very very poor DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS CUSTOMER STAY AWAY
