These people are crooks

These people are crooks They re not based in France they are in China and the USA I received shoes that did not fit me and asked to return them - they asked me to send more than 20 photos of the shoes from every possible angle and the boxes too before they would even give me a returns address and this was after several torturous weeks fo spinning me various stories and we cannot see the images on your email please re-send replies I then had to send the shoes to an address in the USA by Fedex The shoes arrived safely almost a month ago and now they say their Credit Card system is malfunctioning and they cannot process refunds Like I said straight up crooks

Misleading and untrustworthy

Terrible unclear returns policy Correspondence was sporadic and in poorly written English Cost me 45 to return them to an offshore address which was nearly indecipherable I will be surprised if I get a refund I should have just kept the shoes and tried to resell them myself

FRAUDSTERS - AVOID THIS COMPANY They are fraudster company pretending to be a stylish french fashion brand yet the shoes arrived in a damaged box from china the sizes are not accurate and the quality is dreadful Look at their text on their website The English and grammar is a clear sign that this is a shady company If you are not satisfied with the products then they insist you pay for the return to Texas They have also paid people to leave fake reviews Hopefully consumers will realise and they will be closed down

Horrible Buyer Beware You ll never get your shoes they ll never refund your money Been going back and forth with emails and still nothing Now I m being ghosted Total scam Disgusting to know this is alive and happening to innocent consumers

Poor quality fall apart easily blocked my feedback on FB

I bought this exact pair of shoes in the summer 2020 Have only worn a few times and they have fallen apart - the sole falls away from the shoe and they split and leak water I wrote to OPP yesterday about it on FB and commented but they immediately removed my feedback and blocked me from leaving any comments feedback or sending another message I also sent them an email to which they have yet to reply I wasn t rude or impolite and my feedback was honest Do OPP edit all negative feedback from their site this way Bit worrying and misleading if so
