Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish I bought a Malvern 3 door wardrobe The free delivery service was excellent very quick and with good communication the wardrobe actually arrived a day early which suited me better The wardrobe itself is very good quality for the price the instructions were exceptionally easy to follow and I was able to put it together by myself which is quite an achievement for a 56 yr old female I would definitely recommend this company for its high quality service

Fantastic customer service
Very impressed with delivery time unfortunately there was a small chip in the top of the unit when opened no fault of theirs just one of those things contacted customer services who were brilliant got back to me almost instantly they sorted everything out for me arranged a replacement from the manufacturer and had it delivered direct at a time convenient to me kept me informed every step of the way A new unit was delivered in a matter of days since raising the problem with customer services its perfect Brilliant service very happy with product would definitely order from them again fantastic

Excellent service
Excellent service I received my order however one of the boxes were part of another wardrobe not mine I contacted customer service and they stopped it on a day that suited me Excellent quality wardrobe and lovely customer service advisor He kept me updated about my order all the way through
