Order never arrived no reply to emails

Its a scam i ordered 1 month ago they took the money almost 120 they never contact me about my order that its shipped or anything i tried to contact them twice no response My guesses its a scam or really realy bad service in both cases you don t want to deal with them

On June 3 2021 I placed an order with this company They immediately accepted my payment but have still not delivered my parcel to Canada and have not replied to numerous emails and msgs via their Facebook and Instagram pages I requested a refund and they never responded to that either Poor service

While I did not get the typical customer interaction from them I did not judge them as I do other companies as I do understand they are in the middle of a war The website has improved from when I first found them It is nicely structured now - more professional looking but I did like the raw feel of their original site I felt like I was there with them Not to say that has changed for I like what they have now on their website It has added insights and thoughts through the eyes of the owner as well as information on Palestine allowing me to see things I haven t thought about - like mail is going to be taking a bit longer than usual That being said I did get an email letting me know they got my order I also got a beautiful Kufiya about a month and half later I paid through Paypal which they have on their site Their prices are reasonable and I have ordered some soap from them for my second order I will be ordering from them again as there are other soaps I would like to try

Ordered 2 keffiyehs It took a while ordered mid Nov and received Jan 3 but considering what is happening there I think it was fast They are high quality and beautiful

Good stuff at a good price with a good cause I ordered 2 separate times and got exactly what I ordered Not a scam like a couple folks claimed but maybe some areas are harder to ship to can t say for sure
