Just agreed to stay for another year with Panda Waste today Thanks for your 5 staff HIGOR who is so helpful in so many ways Higor reassurance for a better service is amazing His way of communicating with customer is of high standard Higor is so apologetic and listened to my issues Aside from the better offer its his kindness thats makes me and my husband change our mind to stay with Panda Waste I do hope all Panda Waste staff is as kind as he is in dealing with customers esp when customers have an issues or complaints THANKS HIGOR

After 4 very frustrating days of trying
After 4 very frustrating days of trying to contact you by phone Spending on average 1 and a half hours per day Kat was extremely polite and efficient and sorted out my problem in 5 minutes You need to employ more people to assist customers

Today I rang Panda and spoke to Mel He was as helpful and courteous as I always find Panda staff We were away for the bank holiday weekend and returned on Tuesday too late to make the brown bin collection and another two weeks would leave us with having no space Mel very kindly arranged a one-off emergency collection for tomorrow August 8th of our brown bin So thank you to both Mel and Panda for helping us out with this extra collection - much appreciated Mary McLoughlin

The phone menu wasn t too long or detailed like some are The person I spoke Ysa to was really helpful and sorted me out very quickly and efficiently and also asked at the end if there was anything else they could help with

Hi I have have just had a very productive and pleasant conversation with Kat She was very helpful in answering my questions about setting up a regular direct debit payment and she explained the best option for my needs Kat was very polite at all times when she was speaking to me and letting me know each step along the way I came away from the call extremely satisfied with the call Thank you Kat
