After 4 very frustrating days of trying to contact you by phone Spending on average 1 and a half hours per day Kat was extremely polite and efficient and sorted out my problem in 5 minutes You need to employ more people to assist customers

Today I rang Panda and spoke to Mel He was as helpful and courteous as I always find Panda staff We were away for the bank holiday weekend and returned on Tuesday too late to make the brown bin collection and another two weeks would leave us with having no space Mel very kindly arranged a one-off emergency collection for tomorrow August 8th of our brown bin So thank you to both Mel and Panda for helping us out with this extra collection - much appreciated Mary McLoughlin

Spoke to Warren earlier today He was just great to deal with he was so quick and easy to deal with I wanted to change my account over to my new house and he took the stress out of the process I thought it was gonna be difficult but not for Warren He is a credit to Panda
