Ian jumped to my rescue with very little notice to collect and deliver some important documents He made the process calm and took the worry off my shoulders straight away The collection was an easy handover and I have photo evidence and signatures of the drop offs Ian kept me posted throughout I can highly recommend using Parcel Pal

I needed to transport a number of fragile antique framed pictures from one end of the country to another at short notice Ian was positive responsive and helpful The whole shipment was collected and delivered within a few hours and absolutely nothing was damaged I would certainly use this company again
