Paro has done a great job of connecting me with excellent opportunities They have been responsive and professional at all times and even though the work is remote I know that they are available to support as needed The clients that they have matched me with have been truly great to work with and have allowed me to expand my network to an international level

First of all Paro as a company has been incredible from the start They listen to what you need and don t rest until they fight the right freelancer for your job As a nonprofit E D I was looking for someone who knew the ins and outs of the nonprofit world My sales rep Devon Moon made sure that the freelancer I was paired with a fit that mold perfectly When introduced to Tanita she was friendly interested and motivated to work She was absolutely fantastic Tanita cleaned up our books and then set best practices for our bookkeeping It has truly changed the way our organization operates The Paro team is always there for you-no matter what

I ve had a fantastic experience with Paro since I switched over to their service earlier this year My books were a total disaster and they really helped me get back on the right track They paired me with a stellar bookkeeper Arielle who really understands my business and has become a trusted member of my team My Paro accountant Pat took the time to walk me through QuickBooks and get me up to speed after I moved over from another platform The cool thing is that I can rest easy knowing that as my business grows and becomes more complex my Paro team will be able to scale and adapt right along with me

OK I m Convinced Fractional Executives Work

I had never even considered a fractional executive until I REALLY needed one I was skeptical but our experience with Paro and our wonderful CFO Greg surpassed even my highest expectations This is NOT a paid review Greg has taken our start-up telemedicine practice to a whole new level in terms of financial discipline and ability to plan for the future He has played a very big part in our success in 2021 I fully expect that Greg and Paro will continue to deliver in 2022

Being a contractor has given me the flexibility to work remotely and on my own terms

I was matched pretty much instantly upon joining the Paro platform with a firm that matched what I was looking for nearly 100 I was very please at how quickly and efficiently I was matched to a position that fit what I wanted I am now on my 3rd contract with Paro with the same firm signing 6 month contracts in succession With the help of Paro I am able to negotiate with the Firm what I want and it feels good to take control back from these large firms who in the past I often felt taken advantage of Being a contractor has given me the flexibility to work remotely and on my own terms something I was not able to accomplish as an auditor working for big 4 firms I have really enjoyed having the flexibility to make my own schedule my own pay rate and my own hours
