REFUSAL OF A REFUND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE 30 DAY TRIAL We signed up for a 30-day trial and then cancelled within the required time frame during the correspondence to cancel WE WERE BULLIED into extending for another further 60 days despite not wanting to extend When WE REQUESTED A REFUND FOR A SECOND TIME they refused saying we were out of the time frame We have been charged for 12 months Many emails have gone back and forth with their customer service team We are considering legal action on the grounds the cancellation policy violates consumer protection laws by placing unreasonable and unjustified barriers to receiving a refund Given the number of similar experiences noted on this review platform I hope this company changes its ways If you need to strong-arm people into extending the free trial to then withhold honouring refunds so desperately it tells us all something about your product and business ethics POOR FORM So many great companies out there Choose Wisely People This one is young and unethical

Features FALSELY ADVERTISED

The app as advertised and demonstrated on the video shows that on the welcome page you can write a welcome statement but after you type this in on the app set up it does not actually display unless you have the native US app version So it is not allowing you to have the start page you want or have what you need it to say This is false advertising after 3 months of trying to sort this with passion io they refuse to apologise or refund as it s passed the 30 days but they are spending the time researching it and admit it s a fault but will not refund me as they can t fix it and it s passed 30 days very unprofessional selling something they can t honour You would think they would thank me for finding the fault and helping they change it as I tried to do STAY CLEAR

I I could select less than one star I would have This is not a user friendly app at all - you have to buy up to get them to do it which in my opinion is bait and switch They sell you that it is easy and it is not I requested a cancellation back in April and they have continued to bill me The create a cancellation and refund process that is all online and they are non responsive The phone number on the billing is not valid To me they are crooks

If I could give you minus stars I would I specifically wrote to you to ensure that my subscription was cancelled given that the approach you take to auto renewal does not allow a choice of full cancellation which I believe is not compliant with the consumer rights act I did this well in advance of my renewal and yet you have taken 759 27 from my account Very good at the upsell but zero responsiveness or customer service I have now raised a dispute with my card provider I have also reported you to trading standards and the FCA for your approach to auto renewal

Do not use this After months of development the app payment system failed After weeks of waiting for them to fix the issue They just kept saying we are working on it If you can t receive payment what s the point in this We were forced to move it to a better platform and the company is still to date refusing to give us a refund Hire an app developer instead

Charged 997 for a free trial

I signed up for a 6 month free trial and was charged 997 I am still waiting to hear back I even have the invoice and receipt saying I paid 0 and the program was 6 months free

Broken and unsafe platform

I have had the app for close to a year It has lots of tech issues if you are concerned about building your brand then a good customer experience is what you want to give and this app platform will damage that as people using it get frustrated with the issues Passion also offered a course expert growth at 5000 which is a poorly made video course and nothing new to what you would get for 10 of the price I asked for a refund for this as it was not worth the money and so did a few others but next I know they are selling the recording of this and offering the same course for 399 to others There is a lot of material here used from other brands which may not be legal The biggest issue is that my data is used in ways I have not authorised so it s not a safe platform I have finally cancelled my subscription and even at this stage there is not a single email that confirm this cancellation which shows how broken the system is Claims about other apps making money is not backed by evidence - even if they did there is no data evidencing consistency I am very disappointed and will not recommend this platform to anyone
