Not happy with the OFFER of savings wording BUT they did rectify my personal complaint

UPDATED 28TH NOVEMBERI have moved the review up from 1 star to 3 star and will constantly reappraise if things get better from now Below is my original comments that justified a 1 star review To their credit they did respond and rectify the issue and give me the original offer they had offered BUT still not more than 3 stars because I have lost 2 days worrying about this and not been as productive as I would have liked Secondly I still believe the marketing is misleading I am sure they are not alone in this kind of word play original 1 star reasons Do not trust this company In short I pay 97 per month When I went to update my credit card they offered the chance to pay annually and save 240 BUT that is not what you d think Actually what was on offer was a step up to the next plan for the same money I already pay That is NOT what they said in the notification I was ready to commit to them for a year because I thought I d save over 240 over the year but when I complained they did nothing except say No you do not understand you get a better plan that would have cost you more hence the saving I explained that this is not what they offered It does not physically save me any money I am in fact paying the same

Support 1 1 meeting online with Ulandi

I was really worried that I have paid so much for the app and training and going to incur monthly costs without having launched my app as yet I was not clear about a lot of things about the pages and navigating and presenting them well enough and what I should be doing Ulandi was really great and logged in to my app and showed me what I could modify and update to start with and urged me to go on the Expert challenge to understand the process and follow it Thank you so much Ulandi and Dan

I was super frustrated at first

I was super frustrated at first but I am not a coaching program and I was trying to fit an oval peg in a round hole I wish there were some more features like an in-app browser and the ability to turn off the mandatory login I will say that they are very responsive when it comes to customer service Most of the time I can live chat with someone and when there is a problem they do everything they can to make the customer happy

log in confusions

Passion have changed my life i m forever grateful Very helpful support One thing i struggle with is the sign in and log in options confuse my elderly clients and i spend a lot of time holding their hand through the not very intuitive logging in process so the log in button is hiding at the bottom of the profile page when it could be more up front One other bug bear is that i cannot easily tell who has signed up for what at a glance in the back office nor delete or get rid of inactive subscribers nor identify subscribers if they did not put ther name next to their email Trying to identify clients just by email is sometimes impossible So after two years of subscribers coming and going my back office is a bit of a mess But frankly honestly i m very grateful to Passion because they made a promise I did the work and together we got results and it was fun

the trainings are an incredible bonus

Dan is so great and the community is pretty positive i absolutely love and appreciate the trainings that are included they have helped me orient to this world so much as a complete newbie to online selling and marketing in terms of the app itself i am a bit frustrated with the reliance on typeform as the only integrated and supported form builder

Support options and clear layout

I love the simply layout Much less overwhelming than before I can see the team s commitment to serving us better every day Much more communication lines seem to be in place I feel supported more now than when I first started a year ago I was overwhelmed in general but now in myself I can see more clarity around how to get support and there seems to be extra help 1 1 I really appreciate being about to book a support call within the week I cannot upload the images I got taken for my course because I didn t understand image sizes and pixels but I m getting there and glad to have someone to go to for 1 1 help after my initial group call because at the time that was overwhelming mostly because I wasn t ready but was great to be able to do the group call again

Great experience

Passion is a great company and Dan is really passionate about what he does all Passion Fighters are super friendly and they want everyone to sucseed Trainings are very helpful and they make me go foreward I launched my WebApp and I am pretty satisfied with everything They got 4 stars from me because I am waiting for 5 days to resolve the technical issue that me and my users have with PassionApp on Android Phones Besides that everything is great

Passion is amazing and they genuinely

Passion is amazing and they genuinely care about us and want us to succeed Their training is spectacular The only reason I didn t give them 5 stars is that I feel they oversold the Push Notifications feature which is why I bought it They have very limited push notifications currently that don t fit my needs and what I thought I was buying They are working on it but I ve been waiting 15 months and there is still no definitive timeline for when this feature will be available to all users

Passion io made complicated things possible If you have a true passion towards your profession and you see how people can benefit from it using a mobile app - passion io is a place to go All the guidelines templates necessary explanations on how to build your own world are all there Without passion io I would not be able to understand all the tech parts of building an app The only thing is that it takes some time to resolve issues but that is also perfectly normal

Problem solving in 20 minutes

It was great getting help from Logan on the finishing touches on my Application Form Even though he hasn t worked on the TypeForm platform for awhile he figured things out pretty quickly I m giving it 4 stars because you session was only 20 minutes It s hard to figure things out and solving the problem in 20 minutes I had to book another session
