The photo was not accepted when I tried

Photos were supposed to arrive in 2-4 business days It has been 2 weeks and the photos have still not arrived The address was confirmed to be correct by customer support They refunded the shipping and handling fees but would not consider refunding the total charges 2 orders 6277532e6b189fc83d7aeaa3c36a8d96aa0538b7413382d3f3814e5b5f25aa167d711597b4019463

The photo was not accepted when I tried to upload it I am also not happy with the customer service who asked me to provide written record from the government website I mean the website doesn t accept the photo that s all I couldn t even submit my application why would I have a written rejection Ridiculous

Terrible service

I did a photo for first time and it s said all good for the photo and when I uploaded in where I needed and it s saying it s not good and I had to do it again and paid extras Really disappointed

Passport photos were rejected

20 days from my order Still haven t received the photos Customer support is frustrating I got one response and nothing since trying to solve the issue I will edit review once I receive my photos Terrible service so far

The downloaded photo size was smaller

Passport photos were rejected because they weren t cut properly They needed to be 2 inches by 2 3 4 inches and they were both cut sloppy and were different sizes neither matching the required size Very sloppy and careless work Also arrived much later than promised And the writing in the back with the date is written in messy handwriting and is barely legible How this guy is still in business with all these bad reviews is a crime

Photo not accepted despite being

The downloaded photo size was smaller than the standard guideline I uploaded a 1 3 MB size pic and got a 242 kb size in download The Std size of nz visa requirement is between 500 kb and 3 mb correctly mentioned on your own website

My photos never came

DO NOT USE THIS SITE PLEASE ITS A RIP OFF Photos not accepted despite being advised it was ok They then ask you to take your own photo so they can edit it refuse a refund despite numerous requests Instead they ask you to take further photos of yourself not via the app and they will fix them to meet requirements

The digital photo is too big and cannot upload for the online application form I thought it was clever idea and would saved me a journey Very disappointing and a waste of money

Where is the email that tells us when

Where is the email that tells us when the photos will be sent We paid for photos to be printed and mailed to us No follow through as promised Also our bank would not allow a charge from Poland You should be banking from somewhere in the United States We did this for the convenience of not having to print them ourselves but now we re wondering if we will get the photos or not

I don t understand what you are trying

I don t understand what you are trying to do it seems that my information has been leaked through the use of your website and you have used my personal information to sign up for other websites without authorization and deducted fees from them to open a membership which is a very shameful act I hope you can give me a reasonable explanation for this I am also disappointed that your website is labeled as New Zealand but is billed in US dollars which cost me about 10 more than I should have paid this is a despicable tactic and I am disappointed I am disappointed that you have compromised my personal information and caused me to lose my property I would like to ask you to explain this in turn otherwise I may have to use a third party to get a reasonable explanation from you
