Never got the photo Other than that great

Photo was approved on this site but declined when used for the passport photo

Website was easy to use However both of my passport photos were rejected Communication was good and i was refunded

I can t scale it to print at home This means it costs me even more to get it printed and due to my poor planning I don t have time I feel like I have wasted my money

There is a lack of information about the shipment track and period There is no way to track the order and no one to contact on this matter

I live in a rural location 13 miles from the nearest photo booth I didn t have the time for a visit to town so I used this website The process seemed easy and I uploaded a photo I liked though I wondered whether I was close enough to the lens but I thought well someone will tell me if it s not suitable Nope needn t have worried it went through the automatic check process then the manual check and my beautiful photos great quality and great job of reducing background shadow were sent out Except yesterday when I went to the passport office to submit my application my photos were refused as unsuitable because- you ve guessed it - I wasn t close enought to the lens there was too much background space I did think well there s a 200 money-back guarantee but having now checked the small print I realise that it applies only if you present a document from a reliable source saying it s been rejected I paid double for fast-track of my passport application which meant that it is approved by a member of staff before being processed They don t do written documents saying that it s been rejected they just tell you there and then In summary while they provide a quality photo reasonably quickly a generous 2 stars to reflect this don t rely on Passport Photo Online to know what fits the UK passport application criteria If that s solely what you re looking for your finished photo may not be fit for purpose

It was difficult to get the exact position for the picture Then after I paid and got the final product it was inferior quality blurred and seedy

Photo paper delivery timing is not according to what s described Delivery until 72hours It passed more than 5 working days and still nothing

The online photos were great The quality of the printed pics was not acceptable They also did not arrive within the promised timeframe and no tracking number for shipment was available

Not bad but pricy for what it does and very low resolution Made a passport photo for my kids and I was disappointed at the result very low resolution and very little changes between the free and premium versions
