This is a very good service

Having ordered photos earlier this time I had a bit custom requirement with respect to photo size Fortunately they complied with this requirement only downside is will receive my order in two batches due to template size problem Request to make flexible templates so that such requests can be easily fulfilled Overall it s been nice experience Keep up the good work

Very simple to use

Very easy to submit the picture Digital turnaround time was excellent They can t help it that the USPS took 13 days to the printouts to me The photos were great Took the application to the post office for submission No hitches Everything went straight through

Relatively cheap quick and simple to use

Very simple to use The results are excellent and I like the fact that you can retake the photo multiple times until you are happy with the result The only complaint I have is that the cost of the digital and physical copies of the photos is quite high

The whole process was fairly clear but pricey

Relatively cheap quick and simple to use - the main benefit of this service is they guarantee your passport photo is acceptable and so you can submit your passport application on-line with some confidence You also don t have to worry about the background and as long as you take a decent portrait photo on your phone they take care of the rest of it They also provide a Digital Photo Code that you can use on your on-line passport application - my only criticism is they don t explain how this works which would be helpful

The whole process was fairly clear and easy to do my only concern was the price I had to pay for the photo At the best part of 13 I found it a little expensive

Issues resolved satisfactorily

Personally I found it very straightforward and quick and removed the hassle of using other methods Excellent I think the costing should be clearer though at outset

10 online Photos But Good customer Service

No info on app about delivery of photos by post When got confirmation of delivery it said 3 -5 working days Had to go out and purchase more photos elsewhere and still not got The digital photo arrived no problem which for most would be good enough but I had to send hard copy Gave 3 stars due to this but would have given one otherwise Since posting this I have since had contact with customer services who have been very helpful and resolved my issues I have now increased my review to 4

My photo was huge but they made it right

Update The customer Service contacted me afterwards The guy really tried to find a solution and we worked things out und the end So the customer Service was pretty good The Problem was a misunderstanding we thought we get printed out pictures But ordered online pictures If this is worth 10 has everyone to decside on his own

A EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

My photo was huge And I couldn t resize it Wasted my money So frustrating Update Emily reached out within about an hour and sent files that were correct I was able to print my photos for my passport The quality was excellent Emily also apologized for my inconvenience and made things right I appreciate her great customer service

Got there 2nd attempt

The reasons for one STAR less are 1- a little over priced I suggest a discount price for a family 2- after uploading to gov Uk if it s not 100 this mean the customers must get notifications for another choice of a free photo of the same shot taken Otherwise it s an superb experience try it it makes life so much easier
