I do not think it was a real person

I do not think it was a real person checking the picture because it kept saying my eyes were squinting My eyes slanted in their original form If it was a real person it could have picked up on that

Waste of money

The 200 guaranteed compliant photo was rejected by the US State Department This was therefore a complete waste of money

The issue is no one prints 2X2 photos

The issue is no one prints 2X2 photos but they tell you you can bring it anywhere you can t They really should give you 4 photos in a 4x6 layout then you really can print it anywhere They are being misleading saying you can print at Walgreen CVS Target etc

A very efficient way to get my passport Not anymore

My previous review A very efficient way to get my passport photos I like the option to keep taking the photos to get one I liked but I should have been more patient I am not happy as the UK passport renewal service says that the photo was taken too close to the camera and cannot be used Oh well Trying the Australian Post Office

It is not clear as we pay firdt time

It is not clear as we pay firdt time and we are not told that we have to wait for the code and the second mention 30 days try for free when we dowload th photo to sign it makes us think that th company will take again on our credit card after 30 dans Sfor that reason it sounds like a rip off

Ended up paying for multiple photos as they were not accepted by the passport office The company did try and rectify when I raised the issue but the response was late

Genuine app

I paid for hard copies of digital photos Its more than a week and still have not received it My appointment for which I needed this photo also passed Not at all usefull Update- customer service contacted me immediately and refunded my money Apologised as they are improvising at every step They look genuine and happy to improve THANKS

Careful wrong delivery time on the website

When I placed the ordered for a printout it says delivery within 24hours with standard delivery Then after payment it was mentioned it will be sent within 2 to 4 days I m really unhappy because i needed this photo within 24h now have to find another solution and I paid around 20 usd for nothing I will not use this service again Here is my order number db71a9be1a

Rejected FOR NZ passport

The NZ passport office rejected the photo due to modification of the photo by you and some shadow Also it turns out the charge must have been us not nz UpdatedA full retake was offered with support I did however get a professional photo taken I was offered and received a full refund
